Tarangire National Park, renowned for its sizable elephant populations, is the first stop on our Tanzania safari tour. In a specialized 4×4 safari vehicle with a pop-up canopy for optimal vision, we tour the animal park. We pause for a picnic lunch in the African wilderness on our wildlife drive.

Many antelope species, wildebeest, giraffes, zebras, lions, and buffalo are among the many wild creatures that may be seen in Tarangire. The 2600km2 national park is characterized by undulating grasslands scattered with baobab and acacia trees. We travel to our first overnight stop at a tented safari resort outside the park after our animal safari in Tarangire National Park.

We stop to take in the breathtaking vistas of the Ngorongoro Crater before entering the Ngorongoro Conservation Reserve. We travel down the outer slopes of the Ngorongoro Crater’s rim into the wide-open grasslands of the Serengeti. We pass through remote Maasai settlements where they live as pastoralists throughout this rocky trip.

This safari is intended for Serengeti Park exploration. We start out with breakfast at the cozy tent camp before departing in our 4×4 for an action-packed Serengeti Safari.

Spend a fantastic day of wildlife viewing in Tanzania’s top national park. We stop for a picnic lunch in the African bush throughout the day. The Big Five of Africa (lion, leopard, rhino, elephant, and buffalo) as well as a dizzying array of other animals should be visible here.

Day 1

Arrival In Tanzania

Pick up from Kilimanjaro airport drop off at your hotel in Arusha for dinner and overnight. Accommodation: https://kibopalacehotel.com

Day 2

Moshi/Arusha to TarangireNational Park

You will be picked up in Moshi/Arusha by our safari driver. From there you will be driven 3-4 hours to Tarangire . When entering the park there is a wide panorama of acacia woodland and grass savanna, where huge herds of elephants and other unique residents such as zebra, giraffe, impalas proceed their daily life in the bush. Day 3

Serengeti National Park

We will drive 3-4 hours to Tanzania’s largest and most famous park for an afternoon game drive. Serengeti is well known because of the big migration an impressive spectacle that repeats itself for several hundred years. Hundred thousand of antelopes and zebras gather in huge herds, beginning their way towards the valleys with fresh grass. Day 4

Serengeti National Park/ Full day

After a refreshing breakfast you gain enough energy, for a full day game drive in Serengeti. The Park covering 14,736 sq km, because of its high population of several species it’s a perfect place for the big predators. Like the lion, cheetah, leopard, and hyenas to hunt. There is a big possibility you will stand eye in eye with one of these magnificent creators. Optional Excursion: Visiting the Seronera visitor’s Center, take a self-guide walk through the Serengeti’s history and ecosystems. There is a gift shop that sells book and maps of Serengeti National Park.

Day 5

Serengeti National Park/ Optional Excursion

Today we will spend our last game drive in Serengeti while watching the wildlife and take in the beautiful scenery we slowly head back to the main entrance gate. Where we will depart to our accommodation at Karatu near Ngorongoro. Visit a nearby Maasai village and learn about their culture and traditions.

Day 6

Ngorongoro Conservation Area

This safari isn’t over before visiting the Ngorongoro Conservation area so we descend into the crater for a half day safari. On the crater floor, grassland blends into swamps, lakes, rivers, woodland and mountains. The endangered black rhino, lives near the woodland and swamps, and can be seen in the crater. Not only the lions and hyenas are mostly seen also the jackal is a common guest. After a sensational safari we will return to Arusha accommodation at Kibo palace hotel.

Die Guides Juma Kileo (Vogelexperte), Ben (Fahrer und Guide) und der Koch Victor waren sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und lustig - und unglaublich kompetent. Bei der Tourenplanung wurde unsere Tour ganz individuell auf uns zugeschnitten und alle unsere vielen, teilweise auch ungewöhnlichen Wünsche wurden berücksichtigt und umgesetzt. Auch ganz kurzfristig hat Elly, der Chef, noch einen Walk mit Ranger im Tarangire Nationalpark möglich gemacht! Das Essen war super, wir haben unfassbar viele Tiere gesehen, inklusive die Big Five. Die Guides kannten sich extrem gut aus und konnten viel zu den Tieren erzählen. Wir hatten eine Zeltsafari, ich habe es geliebt, in der Natur zu sein!   Safari an Kilimanjaro adventure We had an amazing experience with Kilimanjaro Lifetime Adventures! We did a 4-day safari, visiting Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro, followed by a 7-day Kilimanjaro climb via the Lemosho Route. The safari was incredible. Everything was very well organized, our guide was great, and we saw so many animals and beautiful places. Serengeti and Ngorongoro were definitely unforgettable. The Kilimanjaro climb was also an amazing experience. The guides and the whole team were fantastic. Everyone was super friendly, helpful and always looking after us. The guides kept us motivated, especially during the harder parts of the climb, and made sure we were doing well every day. A huge thank you to the guides, porters and cooks. They work incredibly hard and always had a smile on their faces. The food on the mountain was also much better than we expected! Reaching the summit was something we will never forget, and a big part of that is thanks to the amazing team that helped us get there.   Kilimanjaro 6 day Marangu Flawless organization – an unforgettable Kilimanjaro trek!I cannot recommend this tour operator highly enough! Everything was absolutely perfectly prepared from start to finish. Communication with the team was flawless—they responded quickly and helped clarify every single doubt we had before the trip. Even though our flight landed late at night, a driver was already waiting for us at the airport to take us to a very good, comfortable hotel. The next morning, we met our mountain crew: the knowledgeable guides, hardworking porters, an amazing cook, and Vincent, who turned out to be the best waiter ever!   Great experience with Lifetime I climbed the mountain with my two boys. Lifetime assigned us a wonderful team with experienced guides. We enjoyed hiking in different landscapes with the tour guides telling us stories along the way. Before the summit day my elder son got altitude sickness and at that moment all the staff showed great care and their professionalism. When we finally came down safe, I felt that they are not just providing service but treating us with their genuine good heart. I’m very impressed with their way of solving things and following each need we have, especially when it comes to safety.   タンザニア、サファリと街歩き 友人に誘われて少し迷いました。どこのツアーでもお断りされることもある高齢の私が行けるとも思えなかったからです。でもでも自然の中の動物達に会いたいと参加しました。想像していたより色んな種類の動物達や鳥達に会えて満足しました。自然の中での日々の営み、狩りの場面も目前で見ることができました。テレビでは無くてです。本当に感動しました。動物達は生き生きとして綺麗でした。公園の中は動物の楽園かもしれません。ホテルも最高級で申し訳ないくらいでしたし、お食事も美味しく頂きました。街歩きでの市場は興味深く見学しました。お馴染みの野菜もあればこれはどんな調理をしたら良いのかと言う珍しいお野菜や果物も豊富でした。友人にも行ける時に行った方が良いと伝えたいと思います。
