Day 1: Arusha to Lake Manyara – Game Viewing Adventure
Your safari kicks off early in the morning, departing Arusha around 6:30 AM with packed lunch boxes in hand. After approximately 2.5 hours of driving, you'll arrive at the entrance of Lake Manyara National Park. As you enter, be greeted by dense forests of acacia and mahogany trees, setting a tranquil atmosphere. The day will be spent on exciting game drives until around 5:00 PM, with a stop for a picnic lunch inside the park. Wildlife highlights may include elephants, giraffes, baboons, impalas, and the rare tree-climbing lions. In the right season, the lake’s shores turn pink from thousands of flamingos. After the game drive, you’ll head to Nsya Lodge (Safari Bungalow) or a similar accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Journey to Serengeti via Ngorongoro – Afternoon Safari
After breakfast and checkout at 9:00 AM, the tour heads north through the scenic highlands of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You’ll pass traditional Maasai villages as the landscape transitions into the expansive Serengeti plains. By around 1:00 PM, you’ll arrive at Serengeti National Park’s gate. After a short break for lunch, you’ll begin an afternoon game drive in the Seronera area, renowned for its dense wildlife due to the Seronera River. Keep your eyes peeled for big cats and other iconic African animals. Your day concludes with dinner and an overnight stay at Tukaone Camps or similar.

Day 3: Full Day in the Serengeti – Immersive Wildlife Safari
Start your day with breakfast before heading out at around 8:00 AM with packed lunches for a full-day game drive across the Central Serengeti. You'll spend 8–9 hours exploring this incredible landscape, tracking predators and herbivores alike. This day offers the best chance to witness the famed Serengeti ecosystem in full swing. You’ll return to Tukaone Camps around 5:30 PM for dinner and a restful night.

Day 4: Morning Game Drive & Transfer to Karatu
Wake early for a final morning game drive in the Serengeti starting around 6:30 AM. You’ll spend the morning searching for active wildlife before beginning your journey back towards Karatu, passing once more through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Expect to arrive at your lodge by late afternoon. Tonight’s accommodation will be at Omega View Hotel or a similar property in Karatu, where you can relax and enjoy dinner.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater Exploration – Overnight at Mto wa Mbu
After an early breakfast, descend into the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater for a 5-hour game drive. This natural wonder is home to an impressive array of wildlife, including rhinos, lions, elephants, hyenas, and hippos. Birdwatchers will also enjoy sightings of flamingos, vultures, and storks around the crater’s lake and open spaces. After a scenic picnic lunch by the hippo pool, you’ll ascend the crater walls and travel to Nsya Lodge (Safari Bungalow) or similar accommodation near Mto wa Mbu for your overnight stay.

Day 6: Tarangire National Park & Return to Arusha
Your final day begins with an 8:00 AM departure toward Tarangire National Park, around 2.5 hours away. Famous for its towering baobab trees and thriving elephant herds, Tarangire offers a wonderful setting for your last game drive. The park’s river acts as a magnet for animals such as lions, leopards, cheetahs, zebras, and antelopes. A lunch break will be taken at a scenic picnic site. Afterward, the safari continues until the afternoon before you journey back to Arusha, arriving by approximately 6:00 PM. This marks the end of your Tanzanian wildlife adventure. If needed, accommodation in Arusha can be arranged at an extra cost.
