Day 1: Arrival in Tanzania – Transfer to Moshi

Your adventure begins the moment you land at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO). Our driver-guide will warmly welcome you and transfer you to Moshi, a charming town nestled at the base of Mount Kilimanjaro. After check-in at your hotel, you’ll meet your mountain guide for a detailed briefing and gear check in preparation for the climb.

Day 2: Marangu Gate (1,870m) – Mandara Hut (2,700m)

After breakfast, we’ll drive to Marangu Gate – the official starting point of your Kilimanjaro trek. After registration with the Kilimanjaro National Park authorities, you'll begin your ascent through the lush rainforest, where you may spot blue monkeys and colorful birds. The trail gradually climbs to Mandara Hut, a cluster of cozy wooden huts in the forest clearing.

Day 3: Mandara Hut – Horombo Hut (3,720m)

Today’s trail leads you out of the rainforest and into the moorland zone, marked by giant heathers and open grasslands. Along the way, you’ll enjoy spectacular views of Mawenzi Peak, Kilimanjaro’s rugged second summit. As you gain altitude, you’ll notice cooler temperatures and a change in vegetation. By late afternoon, you’ll reach Horombo Hut, your resting point for the night.

Day 4: Horombo Hut – Kibo Hut (4,700m)

After breakfast, continue your ascent across the alpine desert of the Saddle – the wide plateau between Mawenzi and Kibo peaks. The trail is dry and barren, but the vast landscapes and views of both summits are awe-inspiring. By afternoon, you'll arrive at Kibo Hut, where you’ll have an early dinner and rest. Prepare for the summit attempt, which starts at midnight.

Day 5: Summit Day – Kibo Hut to Uhuru Peak (5,895m) – Return to Horombo Hut

At around midnight, you’ll begin the toughest and most rewarding part of the trek – the final push to the summit. Walking under the stars, you'll ascend steep scree slopes to Gilman’s Point (5,685m), and then continue along the crater rim to Uhuru Peak (5,895m) – the highest point in Africa! Celebrate your achievement with sunrise photos at the top of the continent before descending back to Kibo Hut for a short rest, then continuing to Horombo Hut for overnight.

Day 6: Horombo Hut – Marangu Gate – Return to Moshi

After a relaxing breakfast, you’ll continue your descent through the rainforest to Marangu Gate. At the park gate, you’ll receive your official summit certificates – a testament to your endurance and spirit. After a warm farewell to your mountain team, we’ll drive you back to Moshi for a well-earned rest, a hot shower, and celebratory dinner.

Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater Safari – Overnight near Tarangire

After breakfast, we’ll head west to the spectacular Ngorongoro Conservation Area, home to the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera. You’ll descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s top wildlife-viewing destinations. Expect to see black rhinos, elephants, lions, hippos, zebras, and flocks of flamingos. Enjoy a picnic lunch beside the hippo pool before continuing to the Tarangire area. Check in at a beautiful lodge near the park for dinner and overnight.

Day 8: Tarangire National Park – Airport Transfer

Today you’ll explore the majestic Tarangire National Park, known for its giant baobab trees and massive herds of elephants. This park is also home to lions, leopards, cheetahs, wildebeest, giraffes, and more. With fewer tourists and an authentic wilderness vibe, Tarangire offers a peaceful and scenic safari experience. After a final game drive and picnic lunch, we’ll transfer you to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) for your departure, filled with unforgettable memories of your climb and safari. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
